We, as authorized Registration Officers of SLMARAD, provide ship registration services for ship and yacht owners in Sierra Leone Maritime Administration.
Sierra Leone Maritime Administration is an open registry accepting worldwide shipowners and various type of vessels that meet the Sierra Leone standards in accordance with the Merchant Shipping Act, 2003.
SLMARAD’s activities include vessels registration and seafarers certification.

Continuous improvement in MoUs Performance program for Owners. For Existing Vessels already registered under SL Flag, the following Incentives can be applied during Annual Dues or Renewal of Registration:
- 15% Discount on the total fees if the Vessel
- has no detention in any MoU for a period of 3 years.
- 10% Discount on the total fees if the Vessel has no detention in any MoU for a period of 2 years.
- 5% Discount on the total fees if the Vessel has no detention in any MoU for a period of 1 year.

Incentives scheme for group owners aims to provide incentives to ship owners who will register 3 or more ships under Serra Leone flag. (The registration should be completed within 12 months from the date of registration of the first vessel)
